Kothapalli Falls was an unknown beauty 10 years ago i.e. in 2018. It came into prominence after Lambasingi became famous for tourists due to its proximity to picturesque hills. This is one of the few waterfalls in the country where there are stairs all the way down to reach the bottom of the waterfall. This makes it easily accessible even for senior citizens, there are 2 bridges one at the beginning and one in the middle part of the falls.

Being the winter season, the weather was good and the water was flowing fast. But the place was not properly maintained and there was garbage everywhere, there was not even water in the toilet. There was an entry ticket counter but no tickets were issued there. There is a parking lot here and enough space to park at least 50 cars.

This place can be reached from Paderu via Lammasingi or from Narsipatnam via Lammasingi. This place is gradually becoming popular. But there are no facilities on site and you can’t even get hot drinks. There are some strawberry farms nearby and you will find people selling them at this place. These are organically grown and are large in size, fresh and tasty, and also reasonably priced. Overall, it is a nice place to visit, more enjoyable during winter. On the way to this place you have to cross a place called Madugula, this place is famous for its halwa, which is rich and delicious.
